Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Sale Products

All products purchased under a Sale / Discounted Offer are considered final sale.

• Sale products are not eligible for refunds.
• Size replacement/exchange is available for eligible sale products, subject to product availability.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.
• Size replacement is subject to availability of the requested size.
• No cash or store-credit refund will be provided for sale products.

2. Premium / Regular-Priced Products

Premium and regular-priced products are eligible for a return and refund, subject to the conditions below.

• A return/refund request must be initiated within 3 days of the order being delivered.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• Original tags, packaging, and any accessories included with the order must be retained.
• Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that the same product and condition as originally shipped have been received.
• Refunds will only be processed after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.
• Once approved, the refund will generally be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the applicable original payment method or another method communicated by our team.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns/refunds may not be accepted if:

• The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
• Original tags or packaging are missing.
• The product shows signs of use, stains, perfume/deodorant marks, or other damage.
• The wrong product or a different item is returned.
